A major in bakery science trains students for research, production, administrative, and executive positions in the baking industry(like wise- Bread, Bun, Rolls, Pizzas and much more bakery products). Students can choose to focus primarily on either production management a business-oriented approach or cereal chemistry quality control or research or technical support and development of new product's.
